I wanted to do something different with this picture, so I went for a darker, and yet more peaceful look, as opposed to my thesis which was bright and energetic. Photoshop was used to help create or modify some of the textures, and to modify the final image. I used to use Mental Ray, but now use Arnold. The render is still about 1 minute. I've gone back to update this project over the years. With the new software and some new skills I've learned there are always chances to enhance projects I've had for a while.
